These are base fees, contingent upon client's needs, prices may fluctuate.

Pull Up Notarization

$15

With this service, pull up to the notary's location and get your document notarized. This is the base fee per stamp. (no additional fees)

Mobile Notarization

$40

This service includes the notary traveling to your preferred location and getting your document notarized. This is the base fee, contingent upon client's needs, prices may fluctuate.

Estate Planning (Will, POA, Trust)

$75

Non-realty documentation, contingent upon client's needs, prices may fluctuate.

PLEASE NOTE:

Additional fees may apply for urgent/last minute requests for service as well as requests for service made outside of normal business hours. Weekend emergency services outside of normal business hours are an additional cost. Fees are subjective to scheduled bookings/appointments in place for that day.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT INCLUDES CASH, ALL MAJOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, AND ZELLE. PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. PARTIAL PAYMENTS ARE DUE IN ADVANCE. BALANCE PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON THE DAY OF SERVICE.
